Knowell Type Electrolytic Hydrogen Cell: - 9 Bells (5 Nickel & 4 MS Plate) with diaphragm 100% Asbestos cloth With āSā Band, copper connecting bus bar and MS body Tank DC current passes through electrolytic cell at 2.2 volt, 2000amp, Rectifier work at 440 Volts AC & convert DC Volts, its variable as per load by voltage regulator, DC current passing through bus bar for hydrogen cells. Electrolytic Hydrogen Cells full of Caustic Lye (NaOH) Hydrogen & Oxygen after passing the DC Current in hydrogen cells through Rectifier. Each Hydrogen Cells take 2.2 Volts DC in running time at 2000 Amp. Gas washer maintained water level. Impure gas went into atmosphere after test purification of hydrogen gas go to LP Gas holder, its collect in the volume of bell, and finally H2 Gas at 1ā Pressure go to H2 Compressor. Production of Hydrogen Gas Per Cell - 32 Cub. Ft. per Hrs & Oxygen Gas Per Cell -16 Cub. Ft. per Hrs.
